Freedman and Freedman, P.C. represents clients in all aspects of land use regulation and zoning law.  Our attorneys are experienced in representing clients and appearing before certain zoning boards, planning commissions and boards of trustees in connection with applications for site plan, variance and zoning approvals. The firm represents developers and owners for the submission of condominium and home owners association offering plans to the office of the New York Attorney General. 


The firm has advised and counseled clients through various municipal, administrative and legislative approval processes.  Our attorneys assist clients in obtaining all necessary land use approval and permits from municipal agencies and required to use and develop their real estate.
